Fossils found on a typical day along the river*






Shown above are fossils that may be found on a typical collecting day at the river.
One may find some croc teeth, numerous sand tiger teeth, some scutes and bone fragments from either crocs or turtles, ray mouth plate parts, some small to medium otodus teeth. Also not shown here, one can find multitudes of Turritella internal molds.

* Please note, there is never a typical collecting day. What may be found varies greatly upon the tides, the number of other collectors (vaccuum cleaners), your skill at spotting fossils, your luck, etc..
